I know a lot... read more of carpet cleaners and have to say Rich is on the "Top Shelf" when it comes to understanding the many different carpets and fine fabrics that are in high end homes and resorts. His company is organized and therefore dependable and uses state of the art equipment and treatments.
He is the only one I know of that has a fiber sealer that is absolutely the best and latest nano technology. We treated a couple chairs I had reupholstered and anything that gets on the fabric just beads up and is easily removed. Pretty amazing stuff!

We had a massive plumbing issue that was like living in a never-ending nightmare and... read more just when we thought things were going to be okay, more moisture came up through the subfloor again, causing more water damge to padding, carpet and major stinch!

Rich and his team came to the rescue AGAIN...treated the sub-floor with sanitizers, deodorizers and antimicrobial solutions...installed new tack board and padding and cleaned the carpet again in the room affected and turned out just like new!  It's like magic and for anyone thinking it's beyond repair, don't give up until you speak to Rich.

He & his team work really well together with excellent communication to let us know when they are coming and always super friendly!!
